Eligibility Criteria A candidate must be:
Citizen of India , ORA subject of Nepal/Bhutan, OR Tibetan refugee who came to India before 1 Jan 1962, OR A person of Indian origin left Pakistan, Sri Lanka, etc. (Non-Indian candidates require an eligibility certificate issued by the Government of India)
